10th Anniversary Escape to Thrive Celebration of Advocacy

The Escape to THRIVE conference brings advocates together for learning and networking with the ultimate goal of improving cancer patient education and outreach.
No other conference offers a unique balance of learning, skills development, and diverse peer interaction, complemented by overall wellness activities to embrace the WHOLE advocate–professionally and personally. Registrations for the 2022 conference are closed. Watch for 2023 event details.

Bag It Cancer and The Tucson Cancer Conquerors are teaming up to celebrate YOU on National Cancer Survivors Day. Please join us for this FREE event thanks to our friends at Pfizer.
The Survivor Breakfast will start with a quick morning stretch, some amazing food from Scratching The Plate Kitchen and Catering, an educational session from Oncologist Dr. Rachel Swart, and an inspirational message from Bag It founder Sherri Romanoski.
All survivors are invited to bring 1 guest. Please make sure to register for yourself and your guest. Registration ends May 20th. Space is limited, register today!

Beyond Cancer: Navigating Care

The Office of Community Outreach and Engagement at the University of Arizona Cancer Center will be hosting its first in-person Beyond Cancer event. Bag It will be presenting and have a table so that we can meet you and talk about the Bag It Bag and other resources we offer for patients, caregivers and healthcare providers. The event will have two keynote talks and there will be breakout sessions that cover past Beyond Cancer topics such as self-advocacy, positive psychology and resilience, and physical activity and nutrition.
