“In early 2010 I was diagnosed with colon cancer. My diagnosis was quickly followed by a colon resection and six months of chemo. At that time I received a Bag It Bag with very helpful information. It made my navigation and organization much easier. Over the years, the Bag It Bag has grown and now provides a great deal more information than before.

Back in 2010, I had to personalize my Bag to fit my need. I’ve seen the information in the bag increase and become cancer specific and even translated into Spanish. The newest addition is the “Colontown Bag It” Bag. It not only has all the information, sections, and dividers that the regular bag has, it has a 20 page addition of colorectal cancer (CRC) information provided by Colontown.

Working your way through cancer of any kind is overwhelming. I’ve read the information in the Colontown section and I’m so very impressed with this addition.

I recently presented this new Colontown Bag It Bag to a young woman and give her a guided tour of the entire Bag. The look of gratitude and relief on her face were heartwarmingly rewarding for me to see.
