$250 pre-paid card for patients in active treatment for food, transportation, utility bills, childcare.

Team Rubicon COVID-19 Emergency Food Assistance Program
Assistance with groceries, delivery or pick up and medically necessary meals.

$500 for patients in active treatment or actively pursuing treatment for lung cancer.

Family Reach COVID-19 Emergency Fund
Financial assistance with mortgage, rent, utilities, transportation to treatment, childcare.

Samfund COVID-19 Emergency Fund
One-time rent/mortgage payments up to $2000 per household. Funding is only available to individuals who have previously received Samfund grants.

Emergency financial assistance for rare disease patients directly impacted by COVID-19.

Colorectal Cancer Alliance Crisis Financial Assistance Fund
Up to $200 in emergency financial assistance for rent, groceries, utilities, food, transportation for people undergoing colorectal cancer treatment.

The Assistance Fund Health Insurance Assistance Program
Up to $2500 grant to help those who have lost their insurance due to a COVID-19 related job loss to purchase new insurance or continue their insurance through COBRA.
